Each programme provides sessions with your mentor Monday-Friday and telephone access over the weekends and you also have 12 months telephone access to your mentor should you need to reach out for some advice or guidance.

Even though the method we teach is simple, it is not easy. If it were, addiction wouldn’t even be an issue. But it is, and it’s been causing both those suffering and their family and friends lots of pain and upset and loss.

It doesn’t need to be that way. By learning this programme, you have a choice to make, you can choose to get your life back, you can choose to get yourself to a place where you are no longer suffering from addiction.

Ultimately you have to want it for yourself, if you want it, even if you don’t think it’s possible, we can help you.
