Our Retreats
Our Isle of Wight 7-Day Retreat is based in Ryde and will accommodate up to five people at any one time. We have two apartments equipped with Smart TVs and WiFi upstairs. The apartments consist of five bedrooms; two kitchens; two bathrooms and two living rooms. Situated on the High Street and 10 minutes walk from the beach.
At the retreat, we deliver a two-week crash course into our model, one week stay and 10 days of support being taught a programme to help remove addiction to substances, activities and behaviours, as well as weight loss.
